THE DELTA-YORUBA TRADITIONAL WEDDING OF CHIOMA AND WALE

THE DELTA-YORUBA TRADITIONAL WEDDING OF CHIOMA AND WALE

Going through quite a whole lot of weddings has made me wondered how my wedding would be like. This is because I’ve come across a lot of weddings with their fairy-tale love stories, sparking that romantic cord in me of the kind of fairy-tale love wedding I’d want for myself. I often ask myself just how much of the best of the best things would I want for my wedding, bringing up the question of the money aspect (I just hope my future husband has a deep pocket).

This particular wedding has left a smile plastered on my face. But then what’s there in a wedding not to love especially a mixed cultural wedding. It was a colourful, beautiful and vibrant mixed- cultural traditional wedding for Chioma and Wale who decided to come together in the presence of family and friends in holy matrimony to exchange their wedding vows.

Chioma was looking all glamorous in the traditional look with an embellished wrapper designed by April by Kunbi and traditional coral beads by Kishlys. Make-up was done by Banke Meshida-Lawal, BMPro. Her dapper Yoruba groom wasn’t left out as he was also dressed in the traditional delta look with all white look of a wrapper and shirt which he finished up with a white cap.

The fashionista delta-yoruba traditional wedding of Chioma and Wale was planned by able Zapphire events with photography was by Jide Kola photography and Photography by Olumide.
