NIGERIAN DESIGN LABEL, VIRGO APPARELS TAPS FORMER MBGN ANNA BANNER EBIERE FOR IT’S SS16 COLLECTION
Three things we look at when we receive a look book from any designer are;
It’s wearability, finishing and presentation and boy, Nigerian design label Virgo Apparels latest collection called ‘Tiffany‘ for it’s spring/summer 2016 hit all the right buttons.
According to the designer,;
Tiffany collection is inspired by the beauty in the transition of a flower; from its awakening at dawn, to its subtle descent at the advent of dusk.
And to present this stunning pieces, they tapped Former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria Anna Ebiere Banner as the muse for the ready-to-wear line which was lensed by fashion photographer, Jerrie Rotimi. Moses Ebite of Moashy Styling handled styling duties and Dave Sucre was on the face beat.
According to a rep for the label, the Tiffany collection was “created to adorn the woman with a range of bright and playful colours, to cool warm colours yet maintaining the feminine resilience, forte and enchantment without eroding her as soft, compassionate and warm.”
