African Runway Queens Tear up the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai

We have just seen the end to yet again another stunning show by the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show which took place in Shanghai 2 nights ago. The 2017 show saw 55 models from 20 countries take to the stage at the Mercedez-Benz arena and we were both excited and sad at the same time. Out of the 8 African models that were billed to walk the runways of the VSF 2017, only 7 made it to the runway. We spotted supermodels Candice Swanepoel, Maria Borges, Herieth Paul, Leila Nda and first timers Grace Bol, Alecia Morais, and Amilna Estevao. Sad we didn’t get to see Nigerian model, Mayowa Nicholas walk the runway. Well, I guess the organisers know why she didn’t get to walk again.
