GIGI HADID’S TOMMY HILFIGER COLLECTION IS HERE!
Models are no longer content with just being models, they are taking over the fashion industry and venturing into designing themselves. This time, it’s one of the models of the moment, Gigi Hadid who has designed a capsule collection with luxury american athleisure brand Tommy Hilfiger.
Before now, Gigi was known to be a global brand ambassador for this label, spotted on runways shows and on the latest fragrance campaign. Although, this a first venture for her, judging by this fresh collection we doubt it would be her last.
The collection actually has a brand shift in the way the Tommy Hilfiger is directed. The Gigi x Tommy Hilfiger collection has the full on American aesthetics with the military jackets, khaki bombers and the nautical stripes on the modern leather trousers, trainers and big knits.
Gigi Hadid shows so much excitement as she recently posted a few sneak peeks of the look book on her instagram page and also tagged a new page for the collection where she showed more pictures from the label.
The collection would be available online September 1st and released in stores on the 10th of September.
We definitely think this is going to be a success for Gigi and we like practically everything from this collaboration.
