Photos From “Three Foodies, One Night In Lagos” By Chef Dish At Samantha’s Bistro & Grill

One Night in Lagos is a monthly networking event organised by The View Lifestyle. There have been 3 versions of One Night in Lagos so far. This May, at Samantha’s Bistro & Grill all things food were celebrated with three food lovers hosted by Executive Chef, Dumebi Agbakoba who is also known as Chef Dish.

Chef Dish and her ‘three foodies ‘, Chef Nylah who was a Nuclear weapons security specialist under United States Air Force before training as a chef, Rehia Giwa-Osagie, a fitness trainer and owner of Elite Box the first commercial boxing gym in Lagos and Lola Marcus, the Brand Ambassador of Absolut Vodka and Olmeca Tequila all spoke about food and the business of food in Nigeria.

The event kicked off with a make-up demo by Zaron showing us how to achieve various looks using Zaron products.

Chef Dish hosted an interactive session with the introduction of the featured foodies who talked and gave their opinions on diets, lifestyle, their various professions and how food plays significant roles in their lives.

The audience and the foodies also took part in a food trivia quiz titled, ‘What type of foodie are you’?

The fun filled interactive night finished with a challenge from Chef Dish for the featured foodies who were told to create signature drinks using Absolut Vodka. Lola Marcus made a Taotini, Chef Nylah called her drink Girls night out and Rehia named his the Elite box express.
